1. Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Items: The items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included with the return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as personalized products, clearance or final sale items, or hazardous materials, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page or contact our customer service for clarification.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer support team at info@buypariz.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return your items.
  3. Prepare the Return: Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.
  4. Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, incorrect item received, or error on our part.
  5. Ship the Return: Send the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the refund according to the following guidelines:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal).

4. Exchanges

  • Photographs of the damaged or defective product

We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.


6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can return the item after receiving it.


7. Non-Returnable Items
